I’m doing Pro Points as they work better for me than the Smart Points. I am trying out starting my food week on a Monday and weighing myself on a Sunday. If anyone is interested in using this thread for support and motivation let’s go for it!
Hi I would like to try the pro points with you. I am a bit stuck on the new points its been a while but I have the calculator,eating out and shopping books. I am confused what you can have free, for instance I do not know about fruit and potatoes as they used to be counted. Any help you can give would be great. Caroline
