I've been following ww for around a month now. My loss was good, but then I went on holiday Blush I'm now back at the start Shock I knew it would happen and am ok with it. I thought we could have a thread where we share different meal ideas to help each other.

Some of my favourites are:

tacos in the crispy shells. The shells are 2sp each, and the seasoning is 1sp for a quarter of the packet (a packet serves 4). I use the 5% mince and sprinkle a little cheese on top. This comes to 9sp in total.

Pizza (no, not the m&s ones!!). I buy the 50p tesco value pizzas (9sp for a whole one - they're not huge) and then bulk it out with a salad.

Thin bagels (kingsmill I think). 4sp for 1, 7sp for 2. I had 2 this morning with 2 low fat cheese triangles and some fruit for 9sp.

My lunchtime favourite is pasta in pesto (low fat one is lower in sp) with pine nuts and spinach. I often add chicken and tomatoes. 9sp for the quantity I make.

Will have a think of other favourites!!

Am trying to do low(ish) carbs within my points so steering away from anything like bread / pasta / cereal. Usually have 0% Greek yoghurt with flakes almonds (with bit of fruit) for breakfast or omelette, then chicken salad for lunch. Herbs are great for livening up salads up - use chilli and mint quite a lot.

The BNS Squaffles / noodles (apparently called Boodles) are good especially if tossed in 1tsp of chilli dipping oil (1sp). M&S do a nice garlic & ginger cauliflower rice which is also 0 points. Use both to bulk out dinner for 0 points.

Then the 9pm downfall (my really difficult time) I've found Oreo ice cream sticks which are 6pts. Feels like a treat and satisfies my sweet tooth (only have 1 or 2 a week cos of the carbs!). I've also bought a Nespresso machine and aerosomething (froths up the milk) so have a frothy decaf for 1sp (skimmed milk) which also feels 'special' without being lots of points.

I'm doing old style WW (cant afford to sign up)
Seems like a lot of carby stuff you're having, but if its working its working! :) I've lost over 21lbs in the last 3 months and its getting much easier. Not as hungry at all and full much quicker.

I really like home made 'pizzas'. A tortilla wrap with 1 tsp low-fat cream cheese, some tomatoes or tomato puree and any veggie toppings or some smoked salmon, then put in oven for 10-15 mins. Have this with a salad and loads of water to drink before and during and fills me up.

Another treat is mini milk ice-creams. They are only half a point (old points style) How much are you both aiming to lose? What are you now ? height/weight? I'm 5'5 and currently 135lbs.

just having a remember back....I lost 2stone on the current plan in about 7 months but now am pregnant I haven't been following. Going straight back on it when baby is born.

sugar free jelly and strawberrys 0 teaspoon of Elmea cream 1point

hula hoop pufts crisps 2 points

mini green and black choc bars 4 points each but so worth it!

grilled peach halves (tinned in juice) 0 points

stewed rhubarb 0 points

Thai crackers from the meeting 2 points

hard boiled egg 2 points (my work snack they were)

packets of cooked chicken around 1 or 2 points depending on brand ect

crumpets 3 points each

can't think of any more at the moment but the app is fantastic for ideas.

Crisps are my downfall, and there are loads for 2 or 3 points if you stick to kids crisps like wotsits and quavers.

I love folded flat breads and have been having BLTs made with bacon medallions or chicken salad sandwiches in a toasted flat bread. 3 sp for one flat bread.

Pesto spaghetti with prawns and tomatoes. Tiny bit of parm too!! Amazing!! Thinks it works out about 11 points.

Also chicken skewers marinated in nandos sauce with peppers and tomatoes. Serve with Mexican style rice and some sour cream. 10 points.

I only have fruit for breakfast - banana, melon blueberries and rasberries. So I mostly save my points for dinner!!

Low fat yoghurt and frozen fruit is a winner for me, otherwise French fries for 2sp and the crisps in the meeting are good for 2sp. Have you tried sugar free jelly, that's 0sp and that really fills a gap for me x
