Hi. I did Weight Watchers Pro Points a few years ago and followed it for six months quite happily. I stopped when I got to a weight I was happy with and over the last year or so put weight back on. Now it's smart points I can't get on with it as well. I do like chocolate and crisps and find a bar takes up a third of my points. This week I have done pro points but only really been eating things I remember the points for. Where's a good place to get the values up? Also any good recipes / ideas / tips? Thanks.
Know this is a little late but the ultimate value diary app has everything you need for pro points one off fee, think its 2.99 also some great pp groups on Facebook for support ideas ect.. Ive found them very helpful full of recipes and friendly ppl
