Hi! I'm going to TGI Fridays on Wednesday. Yes, I know, it's not exactly diet friendly! It's my daughter's first birthday and we are meeting friends there. I really want to stick to plan if possible as i find I easily give up for the rest of the day and sometimes the week if I feel I've lost my way! I can't seem to find smart points anywhere online for their meals. They do a grilled chicken with mash and veg, and they also do fajitas. I'm wondering if either of these would be suitable?? Any one have any ideas? Thanks!
