Today I have stepped back on the wagon and am holding on for all its worth! I'm 29, 5ft 1 and weigh 11st 3. That's crap. According to the charts I should be anywhere between 7.5st to 9.5st. So I'll aim for 8.5st. Bang in the middle. I'm hoping that's realistic. I've never in my life been 7.5! I'm going on holiday next June so that's a fair amount of time to reach my goal without too much pressure I think? I really want to wear a bikini without feeling like a blob, even if it's just once or twice.
I've done weight watchers before (Pro points) and lost slowly but surely. So here I am again and I WILL do it!
