I did WW about 30 years ago. I got my snowflake for getting to my target weight and I am still at it at the age of 51. Stick with it, it does work. Methods and points and stuff change but the basic ideology is right for life long sensible eating habits. I'm not paid by them, honest .
Hiya, my tips for doing smart points are: fill up on fruit and veg, porridge for breakfast and get in some tiny bars (15g) of green and blacks for those times when you need chocolate. Good luck and hope to see you on the other thread
