Is anyone else having problems logging on to the new WW app? It's driving me crazy!

Its been off and on for a week, Im an at home member, 11pm last night it alerted me that I would be on the new programme from today Hmm all my food values have changed and my only access is this new app that once again went down at dinner time, I am seriously fed up as are many others worldwide

I'm managing to logon to the website most of the time. Fingers crossed. I didn't even know about a new plan. I forwarded my day to Friday and it seems I now only have 42 weekly points 😭

It's really annoying! Hopefully they get it sorted sooner rather than later!

Glad it's not just me. I managed to get onto the desktop, site earlier today but neither my iPhone or ipad are letting me access the app or the mobile site.

Are they communicating anywhere?

I sent them a fb message. They're giving me a free month. Anyone with any information on smart points?

Do they ever respond ? I've emailed twice about my monthly pass which I paid for 3 weeks ago but haven't received ?

And is the offical ww app better than it was 3 years ago ? The android version used to be crap, very few foods it in, so I have a freebe one whose barcode library is great. But not smart points of course....

yes it's great - my no point veg curry suddenly is worth 4 points Hmm

I'm very confused by 'no count' as well - listed are things like 'crumpets' but they DO count ...

arrgggggg it's confusing me

The no count looks like slimming world to me with a few differences. I don't mind the change but I'm just getting annoyed that they're seemingly not doing much to sort out the issues!

Crumpets are on the no count list just as they were on filling and healthy. If you are pointing then you need to point them but if you are having a no count (previously filling and healthy) day then you don't. Hope that makes it clearer!

Thank you x

I prefer pointing I can't cope without butter!
