New start for me 19lbs to loose. Any F&H buddies?

I have done WWs a few times before, getting to goal at least once. I was 9st pre pregnancy, put on a total of lbs after I had my son and a whopping 12lbs since then!

I am starting back on WWs today. I intend on trying the F&H plan because although I have always counted points before, I dont find I have the drive anymore to plan things so much and having a list of foods plus weeklies seems easier.

Has anyone else started F&H and got on well with it?

Could do with some buddies!

Yes I have. Like you, I've counted PP in the past and just didn't want to get that controlled/controlling anymore. Unlike you, I had LOADS more to lose and F and H seemed like the 'lifestyle choice' I was looking for.

I'm heading for a 4 and a half stone loss in just over a year, on F and H, but I'm much older than you, so it's come off more slowly. Than in previous 'campaigns' and I'm OK with that, most of the time.

Happy to be your F and H buddy. ( that sounds a little weird).

Tip 1. Crumpets are your friends. Toasted with marmite ( if you like it) or no point 'jam' ( sachet of sugar free jelly and a bag of frozen fruit)

Tip 2 Asda's Extra Special 0%fat Greek Yogurt ( navy tub £1,40, but worth it) is very very good, and F and H.

Tip 3 get making soup!

Tip 4 both WW F and H recipe books are very good.
