Monthly Pass- first month

Realising that I'm in this for the long haul and wanting to feel like I'd commited myself, not to mention app etc, I went for the monthly pass. I'm sure I was told the first month was a special offer @ £12.95. Just been checking bank statements and WW have taken the full £21.45. Anyone else had this and if so how did you resolve it?

They shouldn't be offering at one price and charging another.

Did you go to a meeting?

AFAIK - the monthly pass, I paid for the lower amount at the first meeting then had to go home register online and set up the dd of which they now take the £21.45 per month.

Sorry I didn't see you had replied Smile

But I've copied and pasted from their website

How do I sign up and pay for Weight Watchers Monthly Pass?
To sign up for Monthly Pass, you can pay for the first month at your meeting or on our website at www.weightwatchers.com/monthlypass. If you pay for the first month at your meeting, you will need to enter the Access Code from your Starter Voucher to complete your sign-up on our website.
A valid payment method is needed to complete your sign-up on our Web site. You will be charged each month at our monthly rate until you cancel, so there's no need to make a payment when you attend a meeting. You may be charged up to 15 days prior to the end date printed on your Monthly Pass card to ensure that your next month's card arrives in time.

So did they take the first amount 2 weeks after you joined? which is actually for the 2nd month? so you have had a freebie first month? Smile
