So we enter the last two weeks of Bootcamp. Still time to drop another 2-4lbs!

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness for you to come and confess all.

Remember, at the bottom of the spreadsheet is a tab for Ubercamp, if you fancy three strict days.

Good luck!

BlackAffronted Mon 04-Mar-13 07:54:55

Up a pound. Looks like I am going to finish bootcamp without even officially losing a stone. I have decided that is definitely the WOE i want have for life, but its just not working for weight loss. Im going to start looking at other options, for when bootcamp ends, to lose weight and then use LC to maintain.

Hope everyone else has better results from the scales today smile

Have decided to do a spring clean of the house, so today the bathroom is getting emptied & scrubbed from top to bottom grin

BIWI Mon 04-Mar-13 07:57:05

What do you mean, 'it's not working for weight loss'?!

Tell me what you have been eating and drinking for the last three days.

SingingTunelessly Mon 04-Mar-13 08:05:45

Black, how much do you have to lose? I was on BIWI's original BC and lost 2 and a half stone - it works honestly! List out a few days eating and let's have a look.

prettybird Mon 04-Mar-13 08:09:51

11stone 6lb - beating my 7 Feb to 6 March target by a pound and 3 days! smile. Next target is to break 11 stone by 6 April (which also happens to be my 52nd birthday smile)

As I mentioned yesterday, I've also now got into my admittedly pre-stretched favourite pair of Size 12 jeans and got lots of compliments especially as I also wore heels and a neat fitting smart shirt to enhance the effect grin

BlackAffronted Mon 04-Mar-13 08:16:05

I have at least 10 stone, if not more, to lose sad

Will post my food after the school run, but i think I posted it each day anyway? Will go back through the last thread & see.

Glad to see its working for others though smile

BlackAffronted Mon 04-Mar-13 08:19:48

I weigh the same today as I did at the end of week 1, thats what I mean by its not working for weightloss, my weight isnt going down, just bouncing with the same 2 lbs.

BIWI Mon 04-Mar-13 08:21:24

It's a really good idea to keep a food diary, BlackAffronted, then you can look back at the week and identify any issues.

prettybird Mon 04-Mar-13 08:21:37

Are you drinking enough water and having enough fat?

IShallWearMidnight Mon 04-Mar-13 08:24:30

Woohoo, I've lost 7 pounds! Admittedly it went on really quickly, and I know it's mostly fluid, but it's still 7 pounds grin

But I'm currently having a blip as DD is in hospital, so I'm stuck on hospital food (there's a restaurant and a boots so might not be too horrific). If she's here longer than tomorrow I'll be able to sort out bringing in my own food to heat up in the microwave, plus salad, but for today till we get dd sorted out, I'm tied to her bed a bit. On the plus side there's not much to do other than drink water and mumsnet (they've put in wifi since we were here last), so all is not lost

WillieWaggledagger Mon 04-Mar-13 08:29:00

blackaffronted, just had a quick look at your meals you posted on the last thread, and just a couple of thoughts:

- you had a planned diversion into carbs last weekend and you had a 2lb loss, so it could well be that that has had an effect this week rather than last

- have you tried cutting down on cheese/dairy?

- you've said in the past you do quite a lot of exercise and i'm sure this will have an effect, obviously don't stop doing it!

- are you drinking plenty of water?

- it might be worth rechecking your veg portion sizes to just make sure you aren't overdoing some of the vegetables that are higher carbs per 100g. i know this WOE isn't about weighing all the time, but could be worth just making sure

anyway, if it doesn't sound too patronising, you did really well to have a low carb birthday celebration last week!

WillieWaggledagger Mon 04-Mar-13 08:29:47

midnight, hope she is doing ok

Whippoorwhill Mon 04-Mar-13 08:30:58

I think under the circumstances you take whatever food is available and takes the least amount of effort. Really hope everything will be ok with your daughter.

BIWI Mon 04-Mar-13 08:35:38

Sorry to hear that, IShallWearMidnight - hope she's better soon/you're out of there soon

PennyHofstadter Mon 04-Mar-13 08:46:03

IShallWear I hope your DD gets better soon.

Only 0.5lb down for me today but I'm pleased as I had a bit of a bad weekend with being away. I didn't blow it and I was careful most of the time but I did have quite a lot of wine and some divine ice cream on Saturday night. I've exercised a lot this past week so I think that has possibly helped me not put on.

BIWI Mon 04-Mar-13 08:48:45

It's still a loss, Penny!

Bessie I meant to say, from the last thread, good luck re locum work.

prettybird Mon 04-Mar-13 09:02:25

Midnight - at the moment your dd is your priority. Don't put extra pressure on yourself by worrying about your diet.

EwanHoozami Mon 04-Mar-13 09:02:27

Midnight sorry to hear that DD is poorly, hope the time in hospital passes quickly.

A most bizarre 3lb on for me this morning. I've not been bootcamp-perfect but I've certainly not strayed from bootcamp light. I'll have a strict couple of days and weigh midweek as it's probably just an oddity.

PennyHofstadter Mon 04-Mar-13 09:06:24

Absolutely BIWI, a loss is a loss is a loss

littlermissstan Mon 04-Mar-13 09:10:13

Midnight I hope everything is as well as it can be, we will be thinking of you and your girl.

3.4lbs off for me - very pleased with that, as I had a couple of glasses of wine and a couple of squares of dark chocolate on Friday and Saturday! And I am full of cold (snot weighs a lot, right?) and got my period on Friday night.

My aim this week is to get back into exercise - was a proper gym bunny six months or so ago and for some reason it's gone entirely out the window. Just less than 6 weeks and counting until wedding dress measuring day so there's an incentive!

BlackAffronted Mon 04-Mar-13 09:18:06

Hope your DD makes a speedy recovery Midnight x

EwanHoozami Mon 04-Mar-13 09:25:20

oh, erm, I might have just lost a couple of those pounds blush <opens window>

sorry grin

LavenderBriggs Mon 04-Mar-13 09:40:59

grin Ewan - I wish I hadn't weighed myself first thing for a very similar reason. I will do official weight tomorrow.

Well done the losers and great big supportive hugs to those who have stuff to deal with.

I have decided that alcohol isn't worth the effort after Friday. I'm not getting enough pleasure for the problems it brings. DH stopped drinking a couple of years ago so I think I'm going to join him.

I'm still 9 stone 6. I love it down here.

thenightsky Mon 04-Mar-13 09:58:04

1 pound down. I'm sure it would be more if I hadn't succumbed to vodka over the weekend sad

GuyMartinsSideburns Mon 04-Mar-13 10:03:21

Well I appear to be a pound up this week, however I havent been to the loo yet blush sorry tmi! Ive put the gain on the sheet but I dont expect it to stay.

Cant help thinking that Im at the weight Im meant to be at, and thats why I havent been having the same losses as everyone else. Im sticking around 8st 11/12

The problem isnt so much my weight, more the fact that Im a few inches shorter than I should be grin
