I've also got four stone to lose. I'm trying low carb this time, I've done every diet under the sun and I can't be arsed with all the faffing around weighing things or counting points, so it seems simpler to just do low carb/low GI. Easier to adapt to real living I hope!

I'm going to try and do some exercise too, my mum is going on a walking holiday soon so we're doing a 10 mile walk once a week, plus I've joined a legs tums and mums class which starts after Easter.

I'm not sure I can inspire you as I've never lost that much weight before, I've never been this big before. However, I'm happy to do a bit of hand holding while our tummies rumble and crave cakes!
