Davina's 2009 DVD

I did her bottom fit section, found it very challenging and sore bottom and thighs for 3 days. Ouch!

Just done her Top Fit section, I have no weights at home but used x2 tins of beans.

Anybody who does this DVD, do you use weights (never exercised with them before), if so what strength weights do you use?

I usually use 2 kilo handweights in exercise classes.

If you're not used to them I'd start with 1 kilo ones and work your way up! Think a can of beans is about 400g? You can get sets of them in Argos, with 3 different weights.
