Quickest way to lose bum inches in 3 weeks?

I've got 8lb to go to get to my healthy weight range. All of this is carried on my arse. I have just bought a dress for DS2's christening on 21st march and it is too tight at the bottom. Tights and magic knickers will help but not enough. I will be walking to school hopefully at least 3 times if weather stays nice, thats 1 hour walk with pram and buggy board. Am trying to run up the stairs 6 times a few times a day.

Diet is going well, don't need help with that.

What can I do that fits in around 3 kids and 3 school runs a day?

Hi, know how you feel - I am on a diet an exercise regime too! A month ago I bought a secondhand exercise bike on Ebay, its a really good one too, for £27. You can 'power pedal' quickly for 10-15mins or do 30-40mins at a more steady pace. I have found it great as you can just fit it in around your day. In just a month I have noticed a difference, my bottom is already tighter!

Two tips:

  • Eat NO fat whatsoever, and cut out unnecessary sugars.
  • Buy a pair of Spanx.

Good luck!

oops - missed your bit about magic knickers! Have you tried wearing 6 pairs at once?

Water to flush out toxins, squats and lunges (I think) to tone up and a body wrap thing the day before.

I am doing slimfast for 4 weeks (yes, I know, I know!) I always have a home cooked vegetarian tea, but will watch out for fats and sugars more.

I was thinking two pairs of lycra tights and magic knickers .

Depends on your budget! I would second the body wrap (Univeral Countour ones are the best.) Also I have had noticeable results with this...but its not cheap:

Plus exercise obviously.

you sound like me..although I haven't opened my slimfst yet . You could go drastic & have a bowl of soup for tea ?

Apparently the best exercise for bums is the one where you are on all 4's. Then lift one leg, with foot parallel to the ceiling x 20. Alternate until you've got 3 x 20 on each leg. Maybe do it 3 x a day..

Ah good one, I used to do that one too (in my youth!) what about walking along the floor on your bum?

I wore my slendertone thing for an hour today and an hour yesterday

I think in the week leading up to the christening, I will do 2 x slimfast and 1 homemade soup- thanks for the idea feelingforty.

BTW, I am loving the vanilla slimfast, not had that one before and its really nice.
