slimming world

I did slimming world a few years ago and was successful, but I now to need to lose a stone again. I have heard that if you do this diet again it does not work as well as if it was the first and you don't tend to lose much.

Has anyone done this successfully for a second time.

I'm on it for a second time. There is an new plan called extra easy which is a bit different. I'm only in my first week but am hopeful that by my first WI on Monday, there will be a significant loss. Motivated if nothing else! Good luck!
