Any new year (2009) weight loss success stories? Please tell me how you did it.

Really, really need to shift a couple few stone and am hoping the new year is going to be my motivation.

But am really clueless about this dieting malarky. I exercise regularly but need some help with my food intake.

Weight watchers, slimming world?
Have heard abit about weight loss resource.

Please help, desperate fatty needs pointing in the right direction.

Hi i am in the same boat i was always a great beleiver in the 9 month on 9 month off rule but my DD is now 1 so drastic measures needed.

I have done weight watchers b4 and was really succesful and found it easy to follow and really realistic.

my local ww no longer runs but there is a slimming word starting so will b joining on the 11th jan.
