Nothing works. i cant keep the motivation. Breakfast im fine but then by lunch time im dying to eat chocolate or something sweet that i give in to my urges but then go over the top and stuff my face!! what can stop me doing this?? please someone help me find some willpower!
The usual advice is to have something sweet that is healthy ie raisins, cup of low fat hot chocolate, strawberries, grapes that sort of thing. And drink lots of water. (I really should take my own advice!!)
