Yes... That last half a stone or so is a killer to shift! Oh, and let me warn you, if you're anything like me you'll keep regaining it and having to lose it again. I'm currently trying to lose it again.
Could you try upping your exercise? Just adding an extra 30 mins daily walk will help. And drink more water. I don't know why it works but it does. When I make a real effort to drink more water the weight shifts faster.
