Food Optimising/Slimming World - Free Foods lists

I have purchased some swimming world receipe books and intending to start next week - they have the principle in the front and a list of the free or syns for the food in all the receipes in the back but not a list of all free foods for each day (red and green) does anyone know if this is available and if so where I can go - happy to purchase the products and information but not to join meetings. Thanks
