Slimming world peeps please help!

Can you tell me which instant noodles are currently free on a green day? I know Batchelors 98% ff ones and asda smart price ones used to be fine... are they still? Are the cheapo tesco ones free?

hmmmm i have always eaten the cheapo ones as if they are free and i've lost weight?? i use the sainos ones or the maggi ones (i.e. 25p a throw in the local store). i just assumed they were as there's nothing to them really. i am veggie so i just chuck in a load of veggies (some quorn if i've had a good day) and eat them as a pot meal for dinner? sorry prob doesn't answer the question.....
