I have been "dieting" for the past 6 weeks with a tottal loss of 6lbs. I have lost 1lb a week steadily.
It wouldso help me psycologically if I could loose 5.5lbs before the 25th of June so I have 16 days to be really focused, I can exercise on all but 1 of them and will either run or swim on all the other 15.
I want to maintain eating healthily, no faddy diets

You'll have to be extra specially good on your diet. Plus I wouldn't recommend any excercise that builds muscle because muscle is heavier than fat. You need to do cardiovascular excercise to burn the fat, running sounds ideal. Swimming will probably build up muscle.
