I have started oing the workouttoday of Davina Mcalls Power of three dvd, im not som much sticking to the diet part of it but have been doing the excersises.
has anyone had any luck with this, how many times a week and for how long did you do it?
I have done Davina 3 times a week for 3 weeks now just starting to notice a bit more definition to my post babies waist...need a few more weeks to really see results I think
