Was thinking of buying one as people on here seem to speak very highly of them. which one is good? I am very unfit and need to lose weight. I find it hard to get out of the house with a 2 year old and a 1 year old so a dvd seems like a good solution.
Power of 3 worked wonders for me - it's got different levels of intensity to choose from and work up to, so it's good for starters and as you get more fit. The music gets a bit draining so I used to turn the sound off once I knew what to do and put my own music on instead.
