This diet is based on chemical breakdowns. Your are supposed to lose up to 10lb in three days, then whe you return to normal (healthy) eating it stays off.

Breakfast: Black Coffee/TeaHalf a grapefruit 1 slice of toast 2 teaspoons of peanut butter
Lunch: Black Coffee/Tea 4 ounces of Tuna 1 slice of toast
Dinner: 2 slices of any cold meat1 cup of string beans (French beans)4 ounces
of beetroot1 small apple4 ounces of vanilla ice cream
Breakfast: Black Coffee/Tea1 egg1 slice of toastHalf a banana
Lunch: Black Coffee/Tea4 ounces of cottage cheese5 ritz crackers
Dinner: 2 sausages4 ounces of broccoli2 ounces of carrots4 ounces of vanilla ice
Breakfast: Black Coffee/Tea5 ritz crackersI slice of cheddar cheese1 small apple
Lunch: Black Coffee/Tea1hard boiled egg1 slice of toast
Dinner: 4 ounces of Tuna4 ounces of beetroot4 ounces of cauliflowerhalf a small
melon4 ounces of vanilla ice cream
Must drink 5 glasses of water a day
This diet works on a chemical breakdown and is proven.. DO NOT vary or
substitute any of the above foods. Salt and pepper may be used but not other
seasoning. Where no quantity is given there is no restriction other than
common-sense. In 3 days you will lose up to 10lb. After 3 days you can eat
normally but remember not to overdo it.
NB Toast is to be dry and frozen vegetables can be used.
