Hi YG,

went to a cash and carry this morning, and DP bought 48 packets of Tangy toms, so that will test my diet no end, but I am still detrmined to be good this weekend (weekends always bugger me up!)

Good luck to everyone!!!

Really cheap tomato flavoured corn ball type things. Full of sugar, salt and artificial crap, but oh so tasty!!!!!

I haven't been quite so good today but still within my syn allowance though. Like you Moozoboozo - weekends are not good for trying to behave

hi i have not fallen by the wayside but been away a lot the last couple of weeks so not posting. not lost any more weight but definitely look thinner! all the exercise must be paying off. high point of week buying trousers in a size "small" the other day! (it's those right-on eco-clothes shops, they resize so that a 12-14 counts as small )

but i would still like the difference to show on the scales...

Fennel · 06/06/2005 11:46

but what do the really small people buy in those shops, children's clothes? cos I am definitely not small compared to most women. still, it was very pleasing.

Have done well today, i've had a green day, lots of salad and veg, tin of baked beans for lunch.

I even threw away what was left of the banoffee tart!!!

I really want this, and banoffee tart is not the way to get it!!!!

Hi BAHB - You ain't getting my pound - I've banished it to the Outer Hebridees!!!
Good luck for tomorrow

Report
Fennel · 09/06/2005 12:11

people in the outer hebridees will need that pound - anything to keep warm (I spend a very chilly "summer" holiday there once).

latest attempt to lose weight- giving blood. only spoilt by the piles of sandwiches, iced buns and chocolate flapjacks laid out to keep our strenght up!

They are welcome to it Fennel and many more if they want them
I am in pain - have pulled a muscle but couldn't tell the doctor how it happened - was playing on a rope swing
Have had another good day and am off work tomorrow

I have stayed the same this week, but that's okay, because i was baaaaaaaaad at the weekend!!!

The problem with getting weighed on a thursday is that you have forgotten all the delish stuff you ate (and drank) at the weekend!!! Then you wonder why the weight isn't dropping off!!!!!!
