Hi all, I tried Rosemary Conley online, but it just didn't work for me, I got bored with the continual filling out the food diary, but I recognise it would have been good if I'd stuck to it.
I lost 6lbs in two weeks a little while ago just by sticking to eating healthily at meal times, but then it all went to pot when we had visitors for the weekend, and I cooked chocolate cheesecake (Nigella!). Now I can't seem to get the willpower back.
Is anyone similar to me? I've got 2 - 2 and a half stone to lose.
