I have 5lbs to loose to get to goal - I need a boost, what can I do? (Doing WW)

Im trying to eat stirfrys all week to boost weight loss and am walking when I can.

What else can I do - has to be from home

Can you do any more exercise? A dvd workout if you've got to be at hom maybe.

Have you tried what some people call the wendie plan?

Instead of having say 20 a day, you maybe have 19 on monday, 28 on tues, 18 wed, 21 thurs, 16 fri etc so it adds up over the week making sure you have one low day which is minus 4 and one high which can be as high as you can make it while still equalling it out.

Or try fast start?

my go back to fast start and the dvd is a great idea
