Has anyone tried the Special K two week challenge? did it work?

My friend is getting married in 2 months and I desperately need to lose some weight, would like to aim for a stone, although probably need to lose a bit more but thought that would be enough to get me started.

Has anyone tried the special K challenge? does it work, did you lose weight and if so how much did you lose?

You will get hungry! I tried it. IMO eating 3 meals a day and having a salad as your evening meal is better.
