Okay, due this week, am going to be seriously stressed out when I have the baby and only lose 8lbs (what about other 3stone!!! damn you chocolate hob nobs)
What did everyone find best way to lose baby weight? What diet works best for you and why???
Breastfeeding and eating a really healthy diet, but not worrying about it during those extra tiring first six weeks. Give yourself a bit of a break!
