Am thinking of adding either lipobind or appesat to my calorie controlled diet to assist. Don't relly want to touch alli as have heard too many horror stories.I can get the weight off with a calorie contorlled diet as I have done it before but I do want a bit of help to give me a) a boost at the start or b)to make me stick at it longer.So what really worked for you?TIA
