Alternative to FryLight? Can't find it on sainsburystoyou.com!

Just doing my shopping, can't find Fry Light.

Anyone know if there's an alternative? Vaguely remember something about putting oil and water into a squirty bottle and using that instead, but what quantities?

Just joined Slimming World last night so am super keen to get my cupboards sorted!

you're right, i cant find it either. The only thing I can find is some sprayable olive oil but that wouldn't be so low in calories.

lakeland do a oil spray bottle for £5 though
