Well here we go again. For about the 20th time in my adult life I have managed to lose a significant amount of weight. I know that I lose it too fast but I am an impatient person and when I am in the zone I just diet really hard and need to see quick results. Trouble is I put it back on even quicker! I relaxed a bit last night and shared a bottle of wine with my DH. This resulted in weighing 2 pounds heavier this morning!!!! HELP PLEASE!!!! I know that I lost the weight too quickly but there must be a way of maintaining my current weight.
