WW - I need to have a very strict week to boost weight loss - ideas on "good meals" to eat please

Im getting complacement and seem to be loosing the odd pound here and there. I want to really go for it this week so need a plan (before I go shopping tom) of what meals to eat this week.

Does anyoen have ideas for brekkie. lunch and dinner of "good lowfat weightloss meals"

Cereal or yoghurt and fruit for breakfast

Zero point vege soups for lunch with ricecakes or salads

Dinners - grilled chicken breast with salad or steamed veg or tuna fishcakes (ww have good recipe), jacket potato low fat c/cheese,
roast vege pasta, turkey meatballs...

Eat lots of fruit and drink tonnes of water.

you need carbs or you will be starving. the supermarkets do great packets of flavoured cous cous - sainsbury's do lovely lemon and coriander or wild mushroom - really tasty and no fat if you leave out making with a spoon of oil. have that with grilled chicken and sweet chilli sauce (no fat) and salad. it's delicious. or make turkey or pork burgers with the really lean mince - these are good with garlic/chilli/ginger and lime (or a spoon of thai green paste). delicious with sweet chilli sauce again and fat free yoghurt. and fresh coriander.

snack - if you're hungry, have a bowl of ceareal with skimmed milk.

For breakfast
porridge,
cereal with skimmed milk
poached egg or small can of beans on 1 toast

For lunch
soup and roll
low fat sandwich
cous cous/rice/pasta salad
And a piece of fruit

For dinner
4oz protein (Fish or chicken works best) and veg or salad (no carbs)

Hi i am new dont mean to interrupt but hey may as well join in rather than sitting and reading like a freak. I am on WW luckily as 20 weeks they still let me stay cause so fat but doc took some persusion. Veggie curry was a good one for me and cook loads from the recipe books, salmon is a good one as well if you like it.

Breakfast

0.5 OJ
2.0 weetabix
1.0 milk

Snack

1.00 Fresh Pineapple

Lunch

2.0 4 Dutch Crisp Breads
0.0 Extra light Mayo
1.0 Thin Ham
0.0 Tomato and Cucumber
0.5 WW Yogurt

Snack

0.5 Strawberries
1.5 Baked Crisps

Dinner

2.5 Baked potato
2.0 Grilled Chicken (George Foreman)
0.0 Grilled Peppers, Aubergine, Onion.
0.0 carrots Cabbage
0.5 gravy

2.5 plain Vanilla Ice Cream
0.5 Strawberries

Supper

1.0 2 Matzo crackers
1.0 DairyLea Cheese Spread, Tomatoes,

I have now lost over 4 stone since Feb eating this sort of thing.

Do fast start for a week but use all the points at mealtimes - it'll stop you snacking in between. Plus increase your activity, its not fun (well for me anyway) but it helps!

Am planning to do the same this week as I'm getting nowhere at the moment!!

great some fab ideas, Im going to make the soup now and have that for lunch etc...

Think I will go swimming this week aswell and do my excerise dvd.
