I usually have whatever I have been craving all week.
Say if I fancy something on Saturday or Sunday, I promise myself I can have it on Wednesday night after my WI
So for example, when I follow SW I usually never eat bread... but on Sunday I bought a new sandwich toaster... so I promised myself I could have a toastie after WI tonight, which I wouldn't normally do.
So I got weighed (2lb off!) came home, had a toastie with ham, cheese & pineapple Afterwards I had a bag of mini chip crisps too But that'll (hopefully) be me treat wise until next Wed night.
