Have 3 boys, 9, 2 and 1. Legs and bum are fine but so need to get rid of the jelly belly and love handles a have! Am cycling around 14 miles a week, (husband being here permitting)but this can be a real mission sometimes as I feel guilty because of other jobs in house I need to do. Or because i'm just too tired to go out! My middle region is really peeing me off, especially as my husband is on a keep fit programme and getting well fit! Easy for them!!!! I do eat fairly healthy, but biggest let down is eating what the kids don't eat, which is a lot as my 2 year old is a very fussy eater, that's another issue!! Just looking for any mum tips on how to get off my but and get rid of my jelly belly and love handles! I am going to Cyprus in October and want to look good in a bikini. AAAAHHHHH!!!
