I have lost about 10lbs recently and got back into running which helps me physically and mentally. I wanted to lose the weight for a do we are going to tomorrow night, so have been very focussed and determined.
So, I would ideally like to lose at least another 10lbs, possibly a stone. How can I motivate myself to keep at it once my big goal has gone?
I always do this, am a yo-yo dieter extraordinaire, I want to be slim for life, but know that that takes a lot of effort.
