Wobbly mummy tummy

I'm a bit fed up with mine. It is further enhanced by the shelf - like scar left by my c-section. So wobbly bit of fat sits on shelf. It's not a good look!
Does anyone have any stories of how they minimised their mummy tummy? Please inspire and motivate me!

i'm also fed up of mine. it used to be flat as a board. i don't actually think the slightly spongey effect will ever completely disappear in my case. even when i got back to my pre baby weight it was still wobbly.
i want to lose half a stone but haven't wanted to badly enough to make it work. i go down a few pounds and then go back up again. cycling to work, instead of getting the tube, made a big difference initially, but even though i still find it really knackering it doesn't seem to have any effect now. it's 14 miles round trip and i do it three times a week. the problem is i cancel out the good work by eating more because it makes me hungry! how about you?

Stop eating carbs. White ones at least.

I keep going through phases of eating healthily then eating crap. I'm still bf so I'm craving lots of cake. I thought I'd loose wieght whilst feeding dd but I havn't . I guess I havn't been on a diet as such since falling pregnant two years ago and whilst I enjoy the freedom, I don't enjoy the results.
I might try going swimming a bit more and I do walk a lot.
Also noticing wobbly upper arms!

ah, just what I was looking for...was in the park today and maybe I am paranoid but thought I was getting those 'is she pregnant? trying to be discreet check it out looks' from another mum.
So, it has to go.
I just checked my bmi and am within the healthy range though on the high end. I need to loose about half a stone but it has to be off the tummy area. (I saw your post kissmummy and yes I would like to join you, but thought this tummy target one was most appropriate for me)
poshsinglemum, I have 3dc and lost very little weight until I stopped bf, I think some people loose it while bf but others don't _ I was always starving while bf!
Shall we set up one of those mutual support threads...what we set out to do per day/ per week? anyone up for that?
My aim as from tomorrow...
1/ Do 50 sit ups every day..
2/ Drink 2 cups of green tea (meant to speed up metabolism and somewhere I read it was good for tummy fat...and though I am not sure it is true, it can't harm me!)

to say I have the same problem - am also BF and find myself so hungry all the time. Although I really need to stop using it as an excuse to eat whatever I want.

Has anyone seen these - apparently clingfilm does a similar job, I think I may invest in a big roll tomorrow. Can you tell I am seeking an alternative, any alternative, to dieting and exercise!!

oh I am interested in this too. Am quite close to target weight (about 1/2 stone max) but have the CS shelf. Mt Slendertone does not work. I have just started drinking green tea because I fancied it. Is it true about the metabolism????

I am so close yet so far. When I pick up DS2 my stomach sticks out like a 6 month pregnant woman...
