Anyone tried slimming worlds 7 day free trial menu??

I really have let my weight creep up and was going to join slimming world but thought i'd do the 7 day trial menu first.

Has anyone tried it? i have my shopping list ready but i'd love to hear if it's worth my while and Money!

Haven't tried the 7 day menu, but have lost 2 stone last year with slimming world.

I'd say go for it, you have nothing to loose apart from lbs!!

You really can eat loads and loose weight, it is a miracle in the diet world

Thats sounds v interesting - do you have to get to a class to get the 7 day trial?

No, you get the trail menu from their website. I'm going to follow it for the week then if its good i think i'll join!
