I've been doing ww for 4 1/2 months and lost 4 stone and am pretty much where i want to be but would like to lose a couple of pounds more to give me some leeway!!!! Now am stuck on what to have for lunches and dinners where as before i seemed to be having what i cooked everyone else just smaller portions (i think because my points are lower i'm panicking on using them all!!!) Any ideas for lunches and dinners? thanks

Losing four stone in less than five months is amazing! Well done you.

Now that you've reached your goal weight have you stopped going to the meetings? It's free to go along now that you've reached goal so take advantage of this and talk to the leader and other members as they could offer you some new meal ideas.

If you're eating the same as everyone else could you cut your portions further then add free foods. I often chop up onions, peppers and mushrooms then roast them with a spritz of 1 cal spray olive oil and have them with a spoonful of curry or chilli con carne instead of rice. I also add berries to low cal yoghurts and chocolate mousses to make them more filling.

For a quick low points lunch spread some tomato puree on a wholemeal pitta and add a sprinkling of Gouda cheese. Then just throw on some low points toppings. I like to add a slice of chopped ham and some onion. Two mins under the grill and it's ready.

thanks amandaoh. I've just started the berries in yoghurt idea much nicer and filling - it is the rice and pastsa bit that puts me off having same meals as everyone else. Also some days i find i really want something to snack on (dont necessarily need it!) - any tips?

I buy the Ryvita crisp breads to snack on as they're only 19 cals each. I have 4 with a Laughing Cow cheese triangle. It's a good substitute for a packet of crisps as it's crunchy and savoury and certainly healthier and the triangle is just half a point.

Have you tried mini meringues? If I remember correctly the meringues are just half a point each. They're great when you want something sweet and crunchy. Really lovely with strawberries and dollop of creme fraiche.

I'm trying to shift half a stone myself. I lost five and a half stone six years ago and have managed to keep it off apart from this same half a stone that I keep losing then regaining. Finding it really hard to shift at the moment. Hoping it'll be easier once the weather warms up.
