When do you Wii?! (Fit!)

I admit I hate 'sweaty'- or at least I do if there isn't a shower readily available. Thing is I can't work out when I can fit Wii Fit into my life!

The obvious time would be the 2 days a week I don't work, post morning school run- but I'm addicted to my morning shower. I just feel 'unclean' without it and I also HAVE to wash my hair every single day it's so lank! So yes, I guess I COULD make the 'lifestyle' change necessary- and stay in the car at the school end (no I can't walk there- it's 3.5 miles with a 7 and 9 Yr old!). OR do I do it in the evening thus interrupting the family's TV viewing/ family time in the sitting room? We're actually not big watchers of TV I should add but our evenings are, like yours, busy enough- Scouts, footy, music, homework (I get home at 6.15pm 2 evenings a week as it is!).

And I see straight after school time on teh 3 days I do the pick up as homework time for the DSs and food preparation time for me.

When do you do your exercise?

I have a friend who has lost a spectacular amount of weight. She was seriously overweight (size 28) and in her late 30s. She's now a 12-14. She actually quit work for a year to lose the weight! She felt it was the only way she could commit herself to the gym, swimming, well-thought out grocery shopping and cooking regime necessary to lose that sort of weight. I can see her point!

You have to make the lifestyle change I think. I work 4 days a week with a 3 hr commute and manage to fit it in....but is does involve compromises elsewhere. Some sort of exercise both Saturday and Sunday...and then 3 time s a week during the week. Could you do 2 mornings and then one evening during the week?

Perhaps you could go for a run in the evening one day and wash your hair in the evening, so it looks ok the next day?
