WW members...any idea of points value of....

Non alcohol wine..?

Yeah yeah I known , whats the point etc BUT ANYONE KNOW whats the value..?

MIL raved on about it and I have bought a bottle a few weeks ago BUT keep forgetting to ask my leader its value (per bottle or glass..)

Thing is, if its near the same as alcohol wine I may as well not bother .

Anyone help..? TIA X

ohh thanks CT. Worth it then I guess..esp if it makes you think you are having a drink..no hangover though .

AND I can drink it on the sly when guests visit .

Im going to buy some tomorrow, as we went to the pub today and I had a small glass of Rose, which they over filled IVe worked it out that it was most probably 3-4 points!!!

How long have you been doing WW, I started last Thurs and at the moment as struggling to use up all my points

sorry about delay CT but not been online...

Did you get some..? Mine was from Asda and think it was from the low alcohol section..took me a moment to find it anyway.
Not tasted it yet but its there .

Thats the problem with wine...I so love it BUT it gets me so drunk so quickly that it hates me . When out I tend to stick to shots (vodka and diet coke etc) as only 1 point and easier to watch iykwim.
Although for some reason I prefer standing while out with a glass of wine .

Vodka takes ages for me to get drunk which is what I prefer as usually I have had enought by 3-4 drinks and im merry.

I started ww around 8 months ago (having only lost approx 7 lb in 6 month with SW...
I am currently on a loss of around 29 lb plus what I lost at SW so since last Jan 08 im around 2.5/3 st lighter which im so impressed with .
Personal choice wants me within my BMI so I have about 11 lbs left...believe me sometimes its seemed an eternity away BUT now im proud and excited.

I found I struggled to use my points BUT appreciate them as there will come a time when you need them and will find it hard to manage some days..

Im glad I started this way with a bit to loose as when I did WW around 5 yrs ago I only had 7-14 lb to loose so my points automatically were around 18 and I found it hard..going from eating loads to nothing...

This time I started with around 23 (i think..) and am now on 19 so the gradual decrease in points hasn't been missed as much.

How are you doing.? How much do you want to loose.? x
