Right, I had SPD in last preg (DS2 19mo now) and still v painful.
I found if I went walking pushing the pushchair, I would manage about 15-20 mins and start to seize up (which obv left me 15-20 mins from home sometimes, and then I had to get back).
So, I got a good deal on a treadmill, and was wondering if anyone could give me some guidelines on a workout programme?
I did half a mile today at a speed of 2.5 mph, it left me a bit creaky, but manageable painwise.
I think I will prob need to start slow and buid up, but how fast should I push myself?
Any tips please?
