ok have rejoined Slimming world but i need help working out syns

rejoined SW last night, have 2.5 stones to lose , any way i've been on the web site to try and find out syn values but can't do it.

i wanted to search for muller light yogurts but it just won't work, keeps saying no manufacturer, also wanted to find out tescos various salad dressings.....help

have prob cocked up first meal and need to write it down for my food diary

muller light yoghurts r free unless it is the ones where there is a fruit layer at the bottom, they are unlimited so fill up lol

i dont really use the syn online but m lights r defo free

oh no i had the layered one!!! how many syns will that be?

why can't i find out the syns value online?

i think the layered one would be about 2 syns maybe

i would use the syns calculator check cals fat etc that way
