Is it possible to loose 2 stone in 3 months on WW?

planning summer hols for end of June - so need at least 2 stone shifting before. Was going to go to WW - is this possible?

I did ww and (did have one day a week as a treat day) and lost 3st in about nine months. You do tend to lose quite a bit at first but then you slow down. Really you tend to lose 1lb to 2lbs once you are a month or so into it. The first couple of weeks I lost 3lb to 4lb.

I lost 2 stone in 3 months with WW. As long as you are very focused and don't mess about it sohuld be doable.

I am now a WW leader too, so anything else I can help with just ask

thanks for advice - one other question:

I am intending to go to a Thurs evening one however every couple of weeks, as my husband works nights and no sitter, I will have to attend a Thurs morning one - its the same leader.

My friend did this and she said the leader was a little off with her and said she had to stick to one class only.

That sounds like a not very pleasant leader. THere is no reason why you can't attend both if necessary. She will just have to write your numbers on the card later on. Son't see why its a problem.

One thing to remember though is that weight may be different morning and evening, but you will get an overall proper loss over time iyswim

thanks again...as both the classes are on the same day I dont forsee a problem.

I just lost 151bs in four weeks with WW. Most of that was in the first two weeks though, it's slowed down a lot. I am hoping to lose the next stone within two months though!

No booze, no fats, low cals, as much excercise as pos, lots of water.

That's very impressive! I needed the meetings and the weigh-in and the tracker to give me the kick start I needed. My self disciplne was dreadful.

If you want to lose that much weight you need to think about the excrcise you do, to lose more than a couple of pounds a week you need to be pushing your body physically to increase your metabolism.

Yes, I think my exercise has tailed off a bit in the last couple of weeks. I must do some more.
