Hi I need to lose roughly about a stone, anyone done the rosemary conley? I'm joining tomorrow night & gonna do a bit of shopping.Can you eat as much fruit & veg on the plan as you want?

Hi, i haven't but two of my friends did and they had fantastic results, you could begin to see a difference very quickly and that kept them motivated, both were very pleased with the overall weight loss.

They were 'allowed' to eat anything as long as it was less than 5% fat - harder than you think!

hi chatterbocs - how are you getting on?

I believe veg is free but fruit isn't - but you will know all that if you've been to a class already.

I am following the GI Jeans book if you would like some company? (no local class for 40 miles here)

I am currently into the 1st week of the kick start plan and I am struggling. Not with what I am(or aren't) allowed to eat (or even the no booze thing), but with light-headedness/dizzyness. I haven't been feeling hungry during the day and so long as I'm in bed by 10/10.30, I'm OK during the "danger zone" too. Part of me is wondering if the kick start plan is too restrictive calorie-wise (I have quite a lot to lose), but part of me feels that is a cop-out and I'm just making excuses!

Hope it's going well for you. The success stories I've read in the book/magazine are very motivational.
