Just I'm so chuffed

I have now lost a total of 54lbs.....whoopee!!!!!
I've been loosing weight for 4 years this March just gone....and the great thing is that it has all stayed off
I've gone from a size 22 to a size 14!!!

Sorry just wanted to show off - cos I'm so pleased - only 7lbs to go to ideal weight

Well....I'm not sure

I moved out of London
Changed my job
Changed my lifestyle
Changed the way I eat - lots of lean protein, some fruit & veg (not too much as I have IBS) too much carbohydrates (why do you think it took 4 years)

More recently gave up bought bread and make my own

Now I need new clothes - but do I buy now or wait to see if that last 7lbs go?
