Last year I went from 12st to 9.7 st now I've put a few pounds on so I'd like to tone up/ lose a few more lbs BUT I'm finding if I lose weight it comes off my boobs and my belly stays big, what can I do?
Sit up hurt my back so I'm a bit unsure about those, is there anything else I can do that will work?
