I was thinking that ds (18mths) and I could share a small one. Then if I don't make it to the gym at worth then I could do 5mins bouncing.

Has this worked for anyone?

I haven't tried it but have heard that 10 mins bouncing is the equivalent (sp) of an hours jogging.

madwomanintheattic ...have been meaning to ask this for a while .. are they bad for already weak pelvic floors? I wondered whether they helped improve the situation at all or exacerbate any existing weakness?

When I went to see the gynae phsio (about my pelvic floor) she said trampolines were the worst thing ever, and should be avoided by all women.

aaah thanks SoMuchToBits - I was hoping that they would be a good idea rather than bad!
