As confessed elsewhere I have given in to the temptations of a Flake.

I confess to eating a large Thornton's Easter Egg. My bil bought it for me and it had my name on and everything. It was full of choccies (which I shared with DH). It was so lovely. I do hope I can work it off. Must do lots of park trips with the kiddies (or get DT1's bug..... norty mars, mustn't think like that).

I have been soooooooooooooo BAD!!!!!!!

Several large helpings of choccie
chinese take away
2 lots of coffee and cake when we were out(not both on the same day though!!)
Pizza Hut
Roast dinner-with no thought to green or red - just piled my plate up!!! It was delicious!!!

Can't think of anything else at the moment, but I think that's enough, don't you??!!

Oh, and I broke my exercise bike yesterday

I saw miam from afar at the weekend (never did manage to bump into her) and she is looking very slinky!

Well done, Yorkiegirl!

I ventured into the kitchen to sneak a bit of my chocolate egg only to find that ds1 had got there first, the little monkey. He's got loads of his own still in the cupboard but just had to help himself to mine. Grrrrrr! Ahem...I mean, er, wasn't that a wonderful thing for him to do? Saving me from evil chocolate.....

Wow, didn't realise that either YG. I'm not even opening my book to see what Chicken Bhuna is, although the rice is free on a green day and I haven't had my second healthy extra so could take 6 syns off and have the the chicken a HE.

So glad to see that I am mot the only one to succumb to an Easter egg. Told everyone not to buy me chocolate for Easter but forgot to tell Ds2 who bought me one - so of course I had to eat it
Dh bought me flowers - just about collapsed with shock cos it's not something he usually does
Hopefully manage some damage limitation until I get weighed - haven't eaten much today - don't feel too good. Asthma has been bad - due I think to wet weather but also think I may have another chest infection See how I feel tomorrow and if no better will phone docs and stay off work - now that sounds appealing
Well done Yorkie - you're doing great Please send some motivation my way please!!!

I've just checked and it would be 22 syns , although take off 6 for my HE, makes it 16, also the takeaway we are going to serves small portions (changed to this one as the other one serves huge portions and DH and I would insist we were starving and eat one each).
