I have just started a new job which involve starting work at 4am until 11am.
Can anyone give me any advice on what times I should eat breakfast/lunch etc, as i am MEANT to be on a diet
I only work tues/weds/fri. The night before i work, i will be going to bed around 7.30pm.
Before working, i used to eat my evening meal at 8pm.
Today, I ate breakfast before I went, but was starving by 8am, so ended up eating chocolate to keep me going, then a sandwhich at 9.30am as still starving, and then when i got home, dh was having lunch, so i had some with him!!
