A bit off the subject but still funny......

I remember at WW one week the leader suggested all having our photo's taken, put them away in a box and at Christmas we could get them out.

Quick as a flash I shouted out "and look at say, wow, was I really that thin"!!!!!!!!!

Think we were meant to see how much weight we had lost!!

Poor woman, she was trying to inspire everyone but didn't stand a chance with me there!!!!!

and (hate this one) your elasticated waist trousers ride up to just under your bust!

You have to switch to elasticated waists from zips in the first place!!!!!!

Report
gingerbear · 23/03/2005 11:19

Why do mung beans make you thin then? Or is that a Dr Gillian thing??

There very healthy gingerbear - as an ageing hippy you should know that! (your words not mine)

They also have a low glycaemic index. I'm thinking of going GI (as in a dietary approach)

I just bought the Food Doctor book - some good GI stuff in there. I made an aduki bean, green bean and feta stir fry last night - sounds odd but it was yum. And filling!

Might have to try it with mung beans
